We work with thermoplastics—materials that can be heated, remelted, and reused again and again without losing their recyclability. We select different polymers depending on the performance and characteristics each product requires. Most of our products are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE, 2), low-density polyethylene (LDPE, 4), polypropylene (PP, 5), and polystyrene (PS, 6).

Our recycled raw materials come in two forms: recycled plastic pellets produced from industrial waste streams, and bottle caps collected through the "Kryshechki DobroTy" charity initiative, which are processed into new material.
The bottle caps we collect are shredded in-house, sorted and stored as a ready-to-use material stock. Recycled plastic pellets, on the other hand, arrive already processed and ready for manufacturing.

For custom projects, we can also incorporate a client's own clean, sorted plastic waste into the production cycle. Instead of simply recycling it, we transform it into functional products and return the material to the company in a new form—keeping its resources in circulation.
We manufacture our products in-house using injection molding. Shredded bottle caps or recycled plastic pellets are melted and injected into custom-designed aluminum molds.
After molding, each product is hand-finished by removing the sprues. Any production scrap or defective parts are either reprocessed in-house or sent for recycling as plastic feedstock, ensuring the material stays in the loop.
Once all plastic components have been produced, they undergo a final quality inspection before being assembled by hand. The finished products are then packaged and added to our inventory, ready to be shipped to customers.
