7. Трансграничная передача персональных данных
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and defines the procedures for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by LLC Bureau for Sustainable Development (the "Operator").
- The Operator considers the protection of individuals' rights and freedoms to be a fundamental principle of its activities when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and the protection of personal and family life.
- This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator may collect about visitors to the website www.en.99recycle.com.

2. Definitions
- Automated Processing of Personal Data means the processing of personal data using computer technology.
- Blocking of Personal Data means the temporary suspension of the processing of personal data, except where processing is required to verify or update such data.
- Website means the collection of graphical and informational materials, as well as software and databases, made available on the Internet at www.en.99recycle.com.
- Personal Data Information System means a combination of databases containing personal data together with the information technologies and technical means used to process such data.
- Anonymization of Personal Data means actions that make it impossible to determine, without additional information, whether personal data belongs to a specific User or another data subject.
- Processing of Personal Data means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether by automated means or otherwise, including collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, modification, retrieval, use, disclosure (including transfer, provision, or access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

- Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of www.en.99recycle.com.
- User means any visitor to www.en.99recycle.com.
- Provision of Personal Data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.
- Dissemination of Personal Data means any actions aimed at making personal data available to an unrestricted number of persons, including publication in the media, posting on information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means.
- Destruction of Personal Data means any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore its contents within a personal data information system, and/or resulting in the destruction of the physical media containing such personal data.

- Информационная система персональных данных — совокупность содержащихся в базах данных персональных данных и обеспечивающих их обработку информационных технологий и технических средств;
- Обезличивание персональных данных — действия, в результате которых невозможно определить без использования дополнительной информации принадлежность персональных данных конкретному Пользователю или иному субъекту персональных данных;
- Обработка персональных данных — любое действие (операция) или совокупность действий (операций), совершаемых с использованием средств автоматизации или без использования таких средств с персональными данными, включая сбор, запись, систематизацию, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передачу (распространение, предоставление, доступ), обезличивание, блокирование, удаление, уничтожение персональных данных;
- Оператор — государственный орган, муниципальный орган, юридическое или физическое лицо, самостоятельно или совместно с другими лицами организующие и (или) осуществляющие обработку персональных данных, а также определяющие цели обработки персональных данных, состав персональных данных, подлежащих обработке, действия (операции), совершаемые с персональными данными;
- Персональные данные — любая информация, относящаяся прямо или косвенно к определенному или определяемому Пользователю веб-сайта www.99recycle.com;
- Пользователь — любой посетитель веб-сайта www.99recycle.com;
- Предоставление персональных данных — действия, направленные на раскрытие персональных данных определенному лицу или определенному кругу лиц;
- Распространение персональных данных — любые действия, направленные на раскрытие персональных данных неопределенному кругу лиц (передача персональных данных) или на ознакомление с персональными данными неограниченного круга лиц, в том числе обнародование персональных данных в средствах массовой информации, размещение в информационно-телекоммуникационных сетях или предоставление доступа к персональным данным каким-либо иным способом;
- Трансграничная передача персональных данных — передача персональных данных на территорию иностранного государства органу власти иностранного государства, иностранному физическому или иностранному юридическому лицу;
- Уничтожение персональных данных — любые действия, в результате которых персональные данные уничтожаются безвозвратно с невозможностью дальнейшего восстановления содержания персональных данных в информационной системе персональных данных и (или) в результате которых уничтожаются материальные носители персональных данных.
